Website and server operation
When you access the website, the web server processes technically necessary connection data to deliver content securely and prevent disruption. The Work Radar application does not store an IP address or user agent together with an assessment.
Work Radar
For the individual assessment, we process your name, email address, organisation, organisation type, employee range, voluntary contact information, answers, free text, result values, and the time of consent. An individual potential profile is created automatically and made available through a non-guessable result link.
The assessment is intended for orientation and to prepare a possible advisory conversation. It has no legal or similarly significant effect and does not decide access to services, contracts, funding, employment, or membership. Any further interpretation is carried out by a person.
The result email is sent to the address provided. Herbert Vitzthum can view assessments and their lead classification in the protected administration area to prepare requested conversations and handle legitimate contact enquiries.
Email delivery
Transactional Work Radar messages are delivered via Brevo. The address and message data necessary for delivery is processed for this purpose.
Contact enquiries
When you send an enquiry, your name, organisation, email address, topic, message, and any voluntary information are processed to answer it. An enquiry originating from a Work Radar result may be linked to the relevant assessment.
Newsletter
Newsletter consent is voluntary, separate from Work Radar consent, and not preselected. Work Radar data is not used for newsletter communication without separate consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing herbert@vitzthum.at.
Audience measurement
The website uses a self-hosted Umami instance for data-minimising audience measurement. Work Radar events do not transmit names, email addresses, organisations, answers, or free text.
Storage and deletion
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the individual assessment, handling an enquiry, and maintaining a traceable contact history, or where legal obligations require longer storage. Assessments that are no longer required may be anonymised or deleted.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and—where applicable—data portability, and may withdraw consent for the future. Contact herbert@vitzthum.at. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
Protect your result link
Anyone with the complete result link can open the associated assessment. Share it only with people who are permitted to see the result. Result and administration pages are excluded from search engines and are not publicly linked.
Artificial intelligence
Information about the use of AI, human editorial responsibility, and the automated Work Radar assessment is available in the AI transparency notice.
