Use of artificial intelligence
Principle
I use artificial intelligence as a tool to structure information, develop drafts, implement technical solutions, and improve workflows. AI replaces neither my professional review nor my editorial or entrepreneurial responsibility.
Website content
Generative AI systems may support the conception, wording, revision, and technical implementation of individual content. Published material is reviewed, selected, and editorially approved by me. The version I release is always authoritative.
Work Radar and automated assessment
The Work Radar processes submitted answers automatically and creates an individual potential profile. This assessment is used solely for orientation and to prepare a possible advisory conversation.
The Work Radar makes no legally binding or similarly significant decisions about individuals. In particular, it does not decide access to services, contracts, funding, employment, or membership. Further interpretation and advice are provided by a person.
No undisclosed AI interaction
This website currently uses no chatbot or virtual assistant that simulates a human in direct dialogue. If an interactive AI system is introduced in future, the AI interaction will be clearly identified at the relevant point.
No biometric categorisation or emotion recognition
This website uses no emotion-recognition or biometric-categorisation systems, and no automated decisions are based on such characteristics.
AI-generated or edited media
AI-generated or substantially AI-edited images, audio, or video that could wrongly be understood as authentic will be clearly identified as artificially generated or edited when published. The portrait used on this website depicts Herbert Vitzthum.
Human responsibility
Professional assessments, recommendations, and decisions in my advisory work are not adopted from an AI system without review. Responsibility, plausibility checking, and approval remain with Herbert Vitzthum.
Legal framework
This notice provides transparent information about AI use, in particular with regard to the transparency requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence. It describes current use on this website and will be updated following material changes.
